As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting our employment agency services to businesses and corporations in the IT and non-IT industries. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a strong passion for building client relationships.

Qualifications And Skills
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of the IT and non-IT industries and their recruitment needs
• Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Roles And Responsibilities
• Promote and sell our employment agency services to businesses and corporations in the IT and non-IT industries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing suitable solutions
• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities through various channels
• Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed KPIs
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and presentations as required
