Job Overview
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Certification in IELTS training or related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of study abroad opportunities in Canada and Australia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and address students' concerns and queries effectively
• Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in student counseling and visa application processes will be an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about study abroad opportunities in Canada and Australia
• Counsel and guide students on the IELTS test and help them in achieving desirable scores
• Assist students in selecting suitable study programs and institutions based on their interests and academic background
• Manage student inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students improve their English language proficiency
• Coordinate and organize IELTS workshops and seminars to educate students about the test structure, scoring, and preparation strategies
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the education and visa industry to provide accurate advice to students
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Maintain records of student interactions and update the database with relevant information
