SALES COORDINATOR
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales team by facilitating the sales process from initial prospecting through order completion. This position requires a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, continuously evolving environment. The ideal candidate can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

Sales Process & Order Management
Facilitate accurate and timely processing of customer orders, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
Maintain and update open order reports; proactively communicate status updates to Account Managers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve order‑related issues.
Sales Support & Project Coordination
Prepare prospecting lists and sales plans for each Salesperson’s territory using AI tools and other research resources.
Create and maintain project‑specific documents, spreadsheets, and sales collateral; ensure consistency and quality control across materials.
Support product launches by preparing documentation, tracking timelines, and coordinating cross‑functional communication.
Track, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Communication & Administrative Support
Participate in weekly internal and customer calls; capture action items and follow‑up tasks.
Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating complex meetings involving multiple participants and locations.
Travel with Account Managers to customer meetings, trade shows, or events as needed (approx. 10-20% travel).
Your Experience & Qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education / Certification / Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Business degree preferred.
2 years of experience in a fast‑paced business environment (Dietary Supplement industry experience a plus).
Project management experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office, AI tools, CRM systems, and cloud platforms preferred.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of teleconference and videoconference platforms.
Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
