Job Title: Sales Coordinator – After Sales
Location: Okhla, New Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1–4 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Packaging (Preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator – After Sales to manage post-sales activities, ensure smooth customer coordination, and support the sales team in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle after-sales processes including order follow-ups and customer coordination
Communicate with clients regarding order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, dispatch, and accounts
Manage customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales data, and documentation
Ensure timely invoice coordination and payment follow-ups
Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and order processing
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred)
1–4 years of experience in sales coordination or after-sales support
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
