Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Home Interiors division in a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Sales Coordinator will manage sales processes, handle customer interactions, support the sales team, and ensure a smooth flow of operations. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, providing product information, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill orders, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, ensuring smooth management of sales processes
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to engage effectively with clients
• Experience and understanding of Sales and building client relationships
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using sales management systems or related technology
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the home interiors or related industries is an advantage
