Profile: Sales Coordinator/Payment Followup Executive (Female)
Salary: 20000 to 25000
Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi
Exp: 1-2 years
Position Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, handling distributor and dealer queries, maintaining smooth communication, driving sales, and nurturing positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor and Dealer Support: Provide assistance and support to our distributors and dealers, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Order Processing: Efficiently process orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
Issue Resolution: Take charge of resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.
Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback to continually improve our services and offerings.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide the necessary support to achieve our sales targets.
Reporting: Generate regular reports to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
