Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with dental professionals, and promoting our range of dental products. This role requires a understanding of the dental industry, strong sales skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the dental industry.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, orthodontists, and dental hygienists.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Address client inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
• Stay updated on the latest dental products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of our dental products.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and brand.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and enhance product offerings.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and insights for product enhancements.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and support for clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the dental or medical products industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the dental industry and dental products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
