Job Description
Handle incoming leads (calls, emails, web enquiries) and assign them to the appropriate sales executive
Follow up with sales executives for status updates on leads
Prepare and send quotations and proforma invoices to clients
Maintain and update the sales CRM / Excel tracker with lead progress and outcomes
Coordinate with the production, accounts, and logistics teams to track order status
Respond to client queries regarding machines, pricing, delivery timelines, etc.
Draft client-facing communication, follow-up emails, and basic proposal documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,987.19 per month
