Pre-Sales Roll and Responsibility for Maruti Suzuki jobs in Rajasthan:
• Lead generation / Referrals/ Offering Test Drives to customers
• Monitor Sales and ensure the required growth nearby Jaipur city.
• Regularly review the performance of team members and impart training as required.
• Track Competition & their activities.
• Inventory planning & ordering of the team
• Warehouse Management.
• Organize sales promotional activities along with team members.
• Sales: Cars/ Accessories/ Exchange / Finance / Insurance / Loyalty Card
• Post Sales responsibility: Delivery / Service – Understands Customer’s requirement for finance and Guides Customer on options/ documentation based on his profile.
• Keeping track of Customer’s car related requirements and keeping him posted with regular updates – Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and long-term relationship building Background: Sales in Auto / Retail / Hospitality / Aviation and other relevant industries Industry: Automobile / Hospitality Sales / Service Industry etc
