Job Purpose:
To serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand media packages, addressing basic objections, giving presentations/demos, and smoothly transitioning the conversation to the Client Servicing/CRM team for onboarding and execution.
Experience:
2-3 years in pre-sales, client coordination, or media solutions preferred.
Qualification:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field. Exposure to publishing/media/advertising is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
• Engage with inbound client inquiries and leads to understand their requirements and
recommend suitable media packages (print, digital, or combo).
• Present solutions using pre-built decks, explain pricing structures, placement benefits, and expected deliverables.
• Address initial objections or clarifications, build trust, and provide additional material
as needed to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal sales or CRM teams to handover warm leads, ensuring all
context and client history is documented.
• Maintain updated records of all inquiries, calls, meetings, and status in CRM tools or Excel trackers.
