Sales Calling Agent
Job Description
About the Role
As a Sales Calling Agent, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, introducing them to Anaya's services, and converting conversations into confirmed sales. In addition to calling for Anaya's own client acquisition, this role also includes calling campaigns for our clients' businesses, as Anaya provides outbound calling support as a service to other companies as well. This is a performance-based role, ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, comfortable with cold and warm calling, and motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads/databases, for both Anaya's services and our clients' calling campaigns. Clearly explain the relevant services or offers being promoted and their benefits to prospects. Handle objections professionally and build rapport with prospects. Follow up consistently with interested leads to move them toward conversion. Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the internal team on confirmed leads, sales, and campaign updates.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or business development is preferred; motivated freshers are welcome to apply. Self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent with outreach targets. Ability to adapt quickly to different scripts/campaigns as call requirements may vary by client. Own smartphone/laptop and a stable internet connection.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is on a PSR (Per Sale Rate) basis, meaning earnings are directly tied to confirmed sales — the more you convert, the more you earn. Flexible working hours suited to part-time availability. Official Joining Letter provided upon onboarding. Experience Certificate issued on completion of tenure. Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
