• Guide prospective members through TEC’s structured membership assessment process

• Partner with TEC facilitators to ensure prospective members are aligned with the right peer group

• Follow up with leads from marketing initiatives and nurture relationships with prospective members over time

• Track activity and pipeline progress within the CRM and continuously refine outreach strategies

• Consistently meet or exceed activity targets and recruitment goals

What you bring:

• Fluency in English and French would be an added advantage

• 5+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or business development

• Confidence engaging with senior leaders and decision-makers

• Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly

• Experience managing prospects through a consultative sales or recruitment process

• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple opportunities at once

• Resilience and persistence when working with outbound outreach

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

• Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Dynamics 365
