We are currently hiring ******** Sales Associates (“Budtenders”) who can deliver an outstanding in-store experience while also stepping in as strong, dependable delivery drivers when business needs require it. This is a dual-role opportunity for someone who is confident on the sales floor, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of representing Smokey’s with the same high standard of service during deliveries.
At Smokey’s, our mission is to provide every customer with a knowledgeable, welcoming, and seamless experience, whether they shop with us in-store or receive their order at the door.
This opportunity is available across various Smokey’s locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting all customers as they enter the store.
Assisting each customer in finding a suitable product.
Managing the point of sales system.
Provide a friendly and informative experience to each customer.
Offer product recommendations on different ******** Strains, Concentrates, Oils, Edibles, and ******** Accessories to customers. In-store training will be provided.
Receive and store product shipments.
General store housekeeping (dusting displays and counters, vacuum/sweep sales area, etc).
Completing local deliveries using a company vehicle when scheduled, including safe driving, customer ID checks, and following delivery procedures/checklists.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have or be eligible for Sell Safe before applying.
Retail/Selling experience of at least 2 years.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record (required for deliveries).
Comfortable driving a company vehicle and completing deliveries as needed.
Able to quickly learn new products and services.
A friendly and energetic personality.
The ability to work individually or in a team environment.
Strong desire to interact and educate customers on anything cannabis-related.
Able to multi-task and adapt quickly to new changes or regulations.
Available to work flexible hours, including the weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
