Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a passion for food and flavours of the world. In particular, the successful candidate will have a specific interest in cheese and/or pastry.

This is an opportunity to learn and grow within our business, with two paths of growth potential possible.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Learn and grow their knowledge regarding our pastry and dessert options in the store
- Learn and grow their knowledge regarding our cheese and charcuterie options in the store
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Restock merchandise and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Provide support to all areas of the business where needed
- Open and close the store with a group of coworkers
- Work independently on a counter without direct supervision at all times

Experience
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Organizational abilities to maintain a tidy and welcoming sales environment
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of technical, technology, and retail sales is a plus
- French an asset, we have many French speaking guests
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
