Duties
Engage in outside and inside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach.
Manage assigned territories effectively by developing strategic plans for territory management and expanding market presence.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical sales aspects.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships through excellent customer service, account management, and ongoing support.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and proactive business development initiatives.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue potential.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility across digital platforms.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of CRM software tools like Salesforce or similar platforms; proficient in using technology for sales automation.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies within a competitive environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making.
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as social media advertising, content creation, SEO/SEM is a plus.
Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude toward business development and management responsibilities.
