Job Description
Prospect Research & List Building
• Research and build targeted prospect lists across B2C industries such as QSR, fintech, consumer tech, e-commerce, retail, and other high-spend digital media categories.
• Identify companies with strong digital marketing activity and annual media budgets of approximately $5M–$10M or higher.
• Map relevant decision-makers including CMO, CRO, VP Marketing, Head of Growth, and senior marketing/revenue leaders.
LinkedIn & Email Outreach
• Execute personalized outreach through LinkedIn and email.
• Create and test outreach messaging with a consultative tone.
• Support the development of an outreach cadence/playbook for enterprise prospecting.
• Follow up consistently to generate meaningful conversations.
Lead Qualification
• Qualify leads based on three core factors: business problem, available budget, and urgency.
• Understand whether the prospect is facing challenges with media ROI, agency performance, in-house marketing inefficiency, or lack of revenue visibility.
• Ensure only relevant and reasonably qualified prospects are passed to the client.
Conversation Setting & Pipeline Support
• Aim to generate consistent prospect conversations, especially during the initial learning phase.
• Support a target of approximately 10 conversations per week, with the goal of identifying 2–5 strong leads per month.
• Coordinate warm handoffs and meeting scheduling for the client.
• Maintain clear notes, follow-up status, and prospect context.
Market & Partnership Support
• Identify potential partnership opportunities with businesses serving similar ICPs, such as CRM firms, marketing technology providers, or complementary service providers.
• Track possible referral or channel conversations without prioritizing agencies as the primary route.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, media agencies, SaaS, martech, adtech, or AI-related solutions preferred.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to engage North American prospects professionally.
• Comfortable reaching out to senior decision-makers through LinkedIn and email.
• Ability to understand both technology and marketing concepts.
• Self-starter mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
• Ability to build prospect lists, personalize outreach, and qualify enterprise leads.
• Familiarity with performance marketing terms such as media spend, ROI, ROAS, conversion tracking, marketing mix modeling, and revenue attribution is a plus.
