Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a DELIGHTFUL shopping experience
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns
Utilize sales techniques to promote products and achieve sales targets
Operate point-of-sale system accurately to process transactions efficiently and maintain cash handling procedures
Perform merchandising tasks such as organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring product visibility aligns with brand standards
Demonstrate effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the shopping experience.
Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and meeting customer needs
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
Proactive team member who sees what needs to be done and can pivot between helping customers and keeping the store looking beautiful
A can-do attitude with the ability to keep several plates spinning at once without losing your smile
Strong organizational skills to manage, restock, and merchandise inventory effectively
Comfortable balancing customer service with tasks such as inventory processing and shelf restocking during quiet moments
Ability to shift focus quickly between different tasks and manage multiple priorities
Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to maintain accuracy while handling various responsibilities
