Job description
KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

- Assist Sales Manager and Sales staff about their providing sales related documents and information
- Coordinating sales team for getting day to day activities and report thereto.
- Properly maintaining all the sales records and share the same to senior management on day to day basis.
- Preparing presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
- Align meeting with Sales teams and Senior Management
- Establish prompt communication system with sales representatives to ensure 100% reports transformation
- Coordinate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
- Updating the reports of Sales and allied things into Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables
- Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed
- Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services
- Assist Management to arrange training problem at head office and other locations as directed by the senior Management
- Maintain the data banks of social media and important contact details of key customers as per requirement and trend.
- Prepare Weekly/Monthly MIS report to produce Sales Head/Vice President for further analysis and review.
- Completing the tasks as per the requirement of the senior management.
- Assist in plan tour of the senior management for sales and marketing.
- Graduate/MBA preferably in Sales/Cosmetic/Food Industry_
- Minimum 2 years in food or cosmetic industry_

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
