We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant. (Part-time: weekends and occasional evenings)
Address: -2510 St Laurent Blvd, Alta Vista Quarters
Reporting to the Sales Agent, the Sales Assistant will:
Greet clients and welcome them professionally to Claridge Homes Sales Centres
Ensure models and sales office are in presentable order and good condition before opening and before closing.
Prepare and present marketing materials, brochures, and site plans to prospective buyers
Answer calls and respond to emails regarding the properties, qualifying leads, and updating the marketing database.
Follow up with prospective buyers responding to inquiries and booking appointments and visits
Prepare paperwork for the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, as well as all applicable Tarion statements as needed
Collect and provide receipts for deposits
Redirect prospective buyers to the Sales Representatives
Inspect model homes for deficiencies and submit and review required work orders as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Sales or customer service experience is required, preferably in new home sales.
Strong communication skills an asset.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel
Independent, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and coordinate various activities
