Job Description
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using smartphone (WhatsApp, basic photo editing, Google Drive)
- Basic knowledge or interest in ethnic wear
- Computer knowledge (Tally & Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in wholesale / garment market
- Languages: Hindi / Bengali / English
- Basic knowledge of fabrics and designs
- Attend walk-in customers (retailers / bulk buyers) at the counter
- Handle product inquiries and orders via WhatsApp
- Share product photos/videos with clients
- Assist in managing bulk orders and packing coordination
- Support billing and order entries in Tally
- Maintain records using Excel and Google Drive
- Assist in stock handling and inventory management
- Support day-to-day store and counter operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,241.86 - ₹29,472.30 per month
Work Location: In person
