Overview

This role is essential in supporting our sales department by facilitating communication between clients and the sales team, managing accounts, and contributing to the overall success of our sales strategies. Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
Engage in outside sales activities, including meeting with clients and presenting product offerings.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
Collaborate with technical sales representatives to provide customers with accurate product information and solutions.
Analyze sales data to track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales or account management role is preferred.
Strong understanding of technology sales and market trends.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
Proficient in analyzing data and generating insights to drive sales strategies.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies related to our products.

Pay: $18.55-$20.43 per hour
