This role involves leading territory sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and achieving defined business targets through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed the sales objectives set for the assigned region
• Maintain and enhance product sales for DiaSys Diagnostics India Pvt Ltd through effective territory management
• Build, retain, and grow the customer base by developing strong client relationships
• Identify and fulfill the needs of existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Expand business potential by exploring and managing multiple distribution channels
• Gather client feedback, perform competitive market analysis, and recommend improvements
• Stay updated with industry trends, new product developments, and competitor activities
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in diagnostic or healthcare sales preferred
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office
