The Sales and Revenue Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth at Aveda Hotels. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our commercial operations team and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize room sales and hotel services
• Oversee room sales operations to ensure optimal occupancy rates and competitive pricing
• Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to secure business for the hotel
• Manage Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) sales, collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional experiences
• Conduct venue visits with potential clients to showcase hotel facilities and services, highlighting unique selling points
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best rates and services for events and hotel operations
• Perform regular field visits to engage with clients, assess market trends, and identify new business opportunities
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt sales tactics accordingly and maintain a competitive edge
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel sales or a related industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to analyze data and make informed decisions
