About the job:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell travel packages and build strong relationships with clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries and assisting them throughout the booking process.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Sales
1. Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.
2. Handle queries related to flights, hotels, visas, and holiday packages.
3. Follow up with leads from the website, social media, and referrals.
4. Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
B. Marketing
1. Assist in promoting travel packages through social media, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
2. Assist in creating marketing content for promotions.
3. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead generation.
C. Customer Service
1. Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
2. Provide detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel advice.
3. Ensure smooth booking and provide post-booking support.

Other Requirements:
• 1. B.Tech or Graduate from premier institutes (IITs, NITs, top universities, or reputed colleges).
• 2. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
• 3. Interest in sales, marketing, and the travel industry.
• 4. Good analytical and problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
• 5. 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing, or relevant internships preferred (freshers may apply).
