Compensation:
$45,000 - $110,000 per year (based on performance).
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and management, specifically in building maintenance or facility management.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly desirable.
• Attention to detail and strong commitment to follow-through on tasks.
• Positive and outgoing personality with talent for building relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM databases.
• Reliable transportation required.
