Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in the United Arab Emirates. The specialist will drive sales growth by identifying potential clients, conducting product presentations, managing leads, and closing deals across retail, hospitality, corporate gifting, and event segments. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring a premium client experience, and gathering feedback to support product and brand improvements. The role will also contribute to marketing initiatives such as promotional campaigns, brand activations, and collaborations, while coordinating with internal teams on pricing, product availability, and order fulfillment. The specialist will track sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and support training activities for internal or partner sales teams when needed.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional correspondence.
Proven Sales experience, with the ability to generate leads, negotiate effectively, and close opportunities.
Customer Service skills focused on relationship-building, responsiveness, and delivering a premium client experience.
Sales Management and Training skills, such as basic pipeline management, reporting, and supporting the development of sales best practices.
Prior experience in luxury goods, home décor, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area and travel locally for client meetings and events as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
