Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Sojat. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales pipelines and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Experience in the Sojat market is a plus
