PNT Robotics & Automation Solutions LLP is a fast-growing company specializing in robotics training, automation solutions, and educational programs. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to help expand our reach and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → follow-ups → deal closure
Work on timely conversion of leads into business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, field visits, and digital platforms
Build relationships with colleges, institutions, and clients
Plan and execute strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
Lead and guide sales interns/juniors, ensuring team productivity
Monitor team performance and support them in achieving targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing (target-based role)
Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and motivate a small sales team
Comfortable with field work and follow-ups
Experience in education, training, or tech industry is a plus
Basic understanding of CRM tools is an advantage
Salary :
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
