Job Description
Responsibilities : -
1. Generation of Leads through various mediums (linkedin, near, email market etc)
2. Follow up the given leads (given by the digital Marketing team) and fix the meeting.
3. Giving demo to the leads (through online meeting and visiting Client Place)
4. Understanding the requirements of the customers and suggesting the right product
5. Follow up the leads to close the deal and have the ability to close the deal as per the product value (must not negotiate much).
6. Providing After sales service to the Clients. Cross selling of products to the existing clients.
7. Follow up for the amount from the clients till all the amounts are received.
8. Visiting the various offices and sharing the visiting card (need to discuss)
+. Marketing the product in the business events.
10. Welcoming new ideas and suggestions related to marketing, sales and products and highlighting it to the upper management.
11. Identifies opportunities to boost sales and profitability by leading a sales team.
12. must have the attitude of providing guidance, training and mentorship

Qualification : -
• Bachelor's degree or MBA
• Any specialization in Marketing course will be an added advantage
Other Requirements :-
• The Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in Software Sales (In ERP domain for Real Estate will be an added advantage
