Job Description
About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage and update IndiaMART inquiries on a daily basis.
2. Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.
3. Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication.
4. Generate and maintain customer records using Excel or Google Sheets.
5. Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
6. Create basic social media posts and upload product content.
7. Coordinate with the sales team and assist in lead management.
8. Support daily business operations and customer relationship management.
