Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate / Aluminium Formwork)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell Aluminium Formwork solutions to builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and infrastructure companies. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and a sound understanding of construction projects and formwork systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
• Promote Aluminium Formwork and related construction solutions through client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Identify upcoming projects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and project tracking.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements
• 2–6 years of experience in Construction Materials, Formwork, Scaffolding, Shuttering, Building Materials, or Infrastructure Sales.
• Strong network with builders, developers, contractors, and project consultants.
• Good understanding of Aluminium Formwork systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read basic drawings and understand project requirements.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
