Full job description
We are looking for a confident and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive primarily responsible for lead generation, client communication, and regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp messages.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through different sources.
Contact prospective clients through phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
Introduce the company, its products, and services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and share relevant product information.
Regularly follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Handle client queries professionally and coordinate internally for required information.
Share product brochures, quotations, company profiles, and other details with clients.
Maintain proper records of leads, client conversations, and follow-ups.
Reconnect with old and inactive clients for new business opportunities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional while communicating with clients over calls.
Good written communication skills for WhatsApp and email.
Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
Ability to understand client requirements and communicate clearly.
Pharma or healthcare industry knowledge will be preferred.
Qualification

Candidates from Pharma, Life Sciences, B.Pharm, D.Pharm or related backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
