We're currently recruiting a dedicated Sales And Events Co-Ordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in The Venues Collection on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
• We are currently looking for a Sales and Events Co-ordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating enquiries and sales for the location and actively work as part of the Sales team to increase and enhance the level of sales. Proactively selling the facilities by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations. You will also focus on operating and maintaining the systems for client ordering and all related processing, ensuring the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.

• Experience within a similar role
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Motivation for passion for quality and great service delivery
• Excellent interpersonal, administration and organisational skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a pressurised environment
