Sales & Customer Service Officer – SRT MoversAbout SRT Movers
SRT Movers is a professional Australian moving company dedicated to providing reliable, efficient, and stress-free residential and commercial relocation services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every move is completed smoothly and professionally.
We are currently looking for a Sales & Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and have a passion for sales and relationship building, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, website, and social media.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, generate new business opportunities, and nurture existing leads.
Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings by providing exceptional customer service and tailored moving solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Australia.
Schedule and coordinate moving jobs efficiently.
Liaise with drivers and the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of each move.
Manage leads, bookings, and customer communications using the company's CRM system (full training provided).
Follow up with customers before and after their move to ensure complete satisfaction.
Collect booking deposits and ensure final payments are received upon completion of each move.
Resolve customer enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
About You
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centre, or administration is highly regarded.
Confident in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Ability to build strong rapport with Australian customers.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
Positive, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
