The Role
We are looking for Sales and Business Development Professionals /Leaders, who can drive new sales revenue in the IFM and our allied businesses.
WE HAVE MULTIPLE OPENINGS IN MID, SENIOR, AND LEADERSHIP ROLES ACROSS INDIA.
Identify prospective clients, understand their needs, prepare proposals, ensure follow-up, and close business.
Be able to do surveys, understand the scope, and build commercials competitively.
Maintain good CRM, and help Operations retain the business on renewals.
Manage people effectively and develop goals for BD teams and business growth and make sure they are met.
Understand the process of customer journey mapping, draw insights into the customer experience, and link it to the creation of customer value proposition.
Monitor market trends and recommend the way forward strategy and plans against the backdrop of changing market dynamics and the competitive landscape.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
The Person
Should be a graduate and a business management degree holder
Result-oriented sales professionals with 5 -10 years of experience in selling B2B solutions
Senior Sales Managers should possess 10+ years of experience
Sales Leaders with 15+ years of experience managing 50 Cr. new sales
Experience in selling IFM and Staffing solutions is a must
Should have good market connect and be able to leverage contacts
Must have an excellent understanding of pricing, scoping, and competitive environment
Possess superior level communication skills - both verbal and written and be able to create impactful and influential conversations with prospective /existing clients
Should be resilient and have a strong growth mindset
