Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the diagnostic services offered by the government hospital's diagnostic centre. This role involves enhancing the centre's visibility, driving patient engagement, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders to increase patient footfall and improve service utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the diagnostic services.
• Identify target markets and create marketing campaigns tailored to different demographics.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
• Brand Management:
• Enhance the diagnostic centre's brand presence through various marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Manage the centre's online presence, including the website and social media profiles.
• Patient Engagement:
• Design and implement patient outreach programs to increase awareness of available diagnostic services.
• Develop informational materials and educational campaigns to inform the public about the importance of diagnostic tests.
• Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other public engagement activities.
• Stakeholder Relations:
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with hospital-wide initiatives.
• Liaise with external partners and vendors for marketing collaborations and sponsorships.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Analyze patient feedback and service utilization data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on marketing performance and patient engagement metrics.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Monitor expenses and allocate funds to various marketing activities appropriately.
• Compliance and Ethical Standards:
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain the confidentiality of patient information and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within a hospital or diagnostic centre setting.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and patient demographics.

Work Environment:
• This position is primarily office-based within the diagnostic centre, with occasional travel for community outreach and stakeholder meetings.
• The role may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate events and campaign deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.20 per month
