Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Role / Responsibility: As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
· Cultivating, sustaining, and developing the Domestic and International Market for Coated Technical Textiles and related products.
· Setting up, organizing, and providing operational leadership to the All India Sales & Marketing team, including the Regional Sales Managers.
· Identifying and developing new applications and business opportunities in the market.
· Managing multiple channels selling strategies to maximize the company's reach and revenue.
· Providing strategic inputs to top management for long-term business growth as a core member of the group
· .
The Right Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
· Minimum education till graduation, preferably with a technical qualification and a strong techno-commercial background.
· Minimum experience of 14 to 15 years in Sales and Marketing, preferably with expertise in Technical Textiles, Auto, FMCG, Pharma, or Packaging products.
· Willing to reside in and around Ahmedabad and undertake regular market tours and visits to dealers and customers.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive abilities.
· Strong coordination skills with the plant and design department for new product development.
· Highly team-oriented with proactive leadership qualities.
· Skilled at establishing and sustaining effective customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
