Job Description: Sales Marketing Executive for Kodu (Online Coding Courses)
Position Overview: Kodu Kodu is a leading provider of online coding courses, dedicated to empowering students with essential coding and programming skills. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate with a background in the eLearning industry to join our team. The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue by effectively promoting and selling our online coding courses to students.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
• Proactively identify and target potential customers, including individual students, parents, schools, and educational institutions.
• Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of Kodu Kodu's coding courses to prospective customers through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and webinars.
Relationship Building:
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance on course selection.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to course enrollment.
Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of Kodu, Kodu's online coding courses, curriculum, and features to address customer questions and objections.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to position Kodu, Kodu's courses as the top choice in the market.
Qualification Required:
• Any graduate
• B.tech in computer science preferred
Experience:
• 1-6 years
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
