Pool A -

1. Age - 25 to 4+ yrs

2. Min. 10th pass

3. Person should be LI Agent with min. 20 Number of policy live

4. Income from source other than LI as well will be add on advantage.

Pool B -

1. Age - 25 to 4+ yrs

2. Min. 12th pass

3. Entrepreneur, GI Agent, Free lancer, Own business should be included but should have

strong sales background

4. Self business income should be 2.5 L +

Pool C -

1. Age - 27 to 45 yrs

2. Gradation mandatory

3. Person from agency channel from any LI company are not eligible to hire. Must have atleast

two years of gap

4. Required strong hard core sales background preferably insurance

5. Must have earned incentives from last 3 - 6 months
