URGENT OPENING FOR SALES ADVISOR (REAL ESTATE)

LOCATION - THANE
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Thane and achieve monthly revenue targets
To manage the entire spectrum Sales of residential portfolio.
To develop new sales strategies to meet the target.
Be responsible for end-to-end discussion with buyers and educate them about the new launches of various developers and convince them to visit the site.
Responsible for Attend inquires generated through the different sources by addressing need concerns to fulfil buyer's expectations.
Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
Follow up with qualified leads to close the deals
Maintaining the Quality of services for Goodwill and getting more bookings.
Maintain Customer relations
Meeting or exceeding sales targets
SKILLS REQUIRED:

Excellence Knowledge of Thane Market.

Candidates should be aggressive in Sales.

Must be presentable.

Good/excellent experience in handling HNI Clients/Customers.

Should have a positive attitude should be confident to accept new challenges.

Must own a bike/car with valid license.

Should have a focused mind-set for Hardcore sales profile.
