Our client is growing and searching for an energetic self-starter who can multitask, set priorities, and perform well under pressure!

An established Brisbane agency is seeking a motivated Sales Administration Assistant who is eager to grow and progress within the field of sales administration. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career by learning the ropes of Sales Trust Accounting and becoming an essential part of their business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily receipting and reconciliation of client trust accounts
Assisting team with contract management
Processing marketing invoices
Assisting team in managing tasks and deadlines via their workflow management system
Assisting with the collation of month end trust reconciliation documentation
Assisting with the collation of information for the purpose of trust account audits
Providing support to the team during periods where other team members are on leave
