The Role:
As a Talent Manager at SmallScreen, you’ll represent and manage a roster of Influencers in niches ranging from lifestyle and travel to crafts and book commentary, and act as the lead in sourcing, negotiating, and executing their campaigns and projects. Your clients will trust and rely on you to make their dreams a reality, and you’ll be given the tools to make that happen. You’ll work to put your clients in front of some of the biggest brands in the world, developing and presenting unique pitches to build creative and effective campaigns that millions will see worldwide. If you're social, detail-oriented, and a strongly motivated individual who wants to work with some of the biggest creators and brands in the world, you’d be an excellent fit for us.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with your clients by:
Meeting with them often to build strategies and roadmaps for partnerships.
Spending the time to get to know them and understand what they're working towards. Understand your creator’s short and long-term goals to assist with brand strategy and develop roadmaps to assist with achieving these goals.
Guide them on how they can grow their followings by staying updated with the latest trends, news stories, social insights, etc.
Celebrate their milestones with them. Whether it's reaching 1 million followers or having their first child, you have the opportunity to celebrate these wins with them. Additionally, celebrate your wins with your creators. It's not only a one-sided relationship.
