Job Title: Safety Engineer

Location: Delhi (Travel as per project requirements)
Experience: 3–5 Years

INTERMARC is seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety Engineer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across our project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety standards, conducting inspections, and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor site safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client requirements.
• Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and corrective action plans.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain safe work practices.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at project sites.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Safety Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in Industrial Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Experience working on commercial, corporate, or government projects.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
