About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Liaisoning Manager to oversee and manage our legal matters in various courts, including the Rajasthan High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and local courts. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of legal processes, a strong network within the legal ecosystem, and a proven track record of driving favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, track, and manage ongoing legal cases and proceedings.
Liaise with external counsels, law firms, and government authorities to ensure timely progress and effective resolution of matters.
Prepare and review legal documents, briefs, and case strategies.
Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and safeguard the company’s interests.
Qualifications Experience:
LLB or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling cases in Rajasthan High Court, NCLT, and other local courts.
Strong understanding of corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and litigation procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage multiple cases with strict deadlines.
