About the Role
Fiestro Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and communication-focused RSVP Executive to manage guest confirmations and event attendance for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with guests, tracking responses, maintaining accurate databases, and ensuring smooth guest communication throughout the event planning process.
Key Responsibilities
Contact guests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to obtain RSVP confirmations.
Maintain and update guest databases, attendance records, and RSVP trackers.
Follow up with guests regarding event invitations and confirmations.
Coordinate with clients and event teams regarding guest attendance status.
Prepare daily and weekly RSVP reports for management and clients.
Manage guest inquiries related to event schedules, venue details, accommodation, and transportation.
Ensure accurate recording of guest preferences and special requirements.
Assist in creating guest lists, invitation tracking, and attendance reports.
Coordinate with Guest Management and Event Operations teams for seamless event execution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
