• MONITORING AND REPORTING DAILY ACTIVITIES OF THE SALES STAFF.
• MONITORING COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES AND REPORTING TO SENIOR.
• ENSURE PAYMENT IS SMOOTH OF CHANNEL PARTNERS.
• ENSURE SMOOTH WORKING IN HIS ASSIGNED TERRITORY.
• CONTROL OVERHEADS IN THE ZONE.
• CONDUCTING MONTHLY MEETING OF THE STATE HEADS.
• SCHEME FORMULATION AS PER THE STATE BUDGET.
