Job description
As an RPA lead, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing solutions, and leading enterprise automation teams. You should be able to provide optimal and well-thought-out solution design and be hands on with development in the UiPath platform. This role requires a strong understanding of solution designs and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using software such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design RPA solutions to meet those needs
• Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug RPA software as needed
• Stay current with new Automation technologies and tools to improve automation solutions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in RPA development or a related field
• Minimum one year experience as a Team Lead
• Strong understanding of UiPath RPA software and other Automation technologies
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, javascript or C#
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.

1) This is an in-office position. Candidates must be based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune upon selection.
