Who We're Looking For
This position is responsible to monitor, open and change routes with respect to momentum pricing and quality, besides maintain all routing related systems for both A2P and P2P service. Evaluate options to reduce costs without compromising on quality standards and execute coverage test on a weekly basis to update internal routing tables with priority changes according to cost and quality optimization.
Some of What You'll Do
Duties and Responsibilities:
Update/review SMS fee table according to price changes.
Expand coverage by identifying new routes while replace some of the old invalid routes.
Update all internal systems with current operator data to manage dependencies .
Participate in ‘clean up’ projects to ensure data accuracy and consistency in Syniverse systems.
Report and recommend potential destinations to Procurement team in order to cover them.
Correspond with clients on routing specific requests, besides collaborate with Support team in case of customer complaints.
Engage with Sales, Technical and Commercial teams to understand and conclude various internal matters
Create process and other relevant documentation within the department for future reference.
Liaise between internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer complaints.
Constantly monitor the traffic to the advantage of Syniverse as per momentum pricing Experience Requirements.
Job Requirements:
Completed upper secondary education (ISCED level 3).
2 to 3 years of experience in mobile messaging business with knowledge in routing, product management, system engineering or operations.
Knowledge Requirements.
MS Office – Intermediary Level.
Understanding of mobile business operations .
Excellent English language skills(verbal/written) are mandatory.
Any other European language would be an advantage.
Interpersonal Skills.
