Responsibilities
This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Organizes and oversees all tour group arrivals/pre-assigned groups to ensure total group satisfaction
Ensures that all guests are confirmed, and specific accommodations are pre-assigned, and all requests for special accommodations are met daily
Answers and dispatches telephone calls
Maintains call logs and ensures guest satisfaction through follow up calls
Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our Hotel and provides prompt and courteous service to meet Company's high standards

The stunning resort will feature 433 rooms (to include 51 impeccably designed suites and 10 spacious family suites), 65,000 square feet of meeting space (40,000 indoor and 25,000 outdoor), a tranquil spa, two 18-hole golf courses, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

Organizes and oversees all tour group arrivals/pre-assigned groups to ensure total group satisfaction.
