Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child
Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
Create meaningful, engaging interactions that support lifelong learning
Document children's learning and development using digital platforms
Mentor and support team members in delivering quality practice
Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
Communicate effectively about children's progress and development
About You
Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching/Education
A valid VIT registration & WWCC
Minimum 2 years' experience in an early childhood teaching role (3-5YO)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
A commitment to child safe standards and implementing child-safe practices
